Nelson Hotels – by far the best location for hotels both modern and heritage in the quaintest little city in BC with excellent artisanal shopping and eating options. Our heritage favourite is the Hume hotel with its excellent restaurant and loads of character. Another great heritage option is the Adventure Hotel, also downtown. An economical option in the heart of Nelson is the Mountain Hound Inn. A nice new fancy hotel called the Savoy is also close to the heart. A bit farther away, a waterfront Prestige hotel has lovely walking areas along the lake. Another Excellent choice is also the Dancing Bear, a lovely and economical hostel style accommodation very close the heart of this adorable city.
